Late Mr. Bachhraj Parakh laid the foundation of the group in 1951 and was a pioneer in the Plastics Industry in South India. As the founder and mentor of the Group, he had inculcated strong values and ethics which has been the core strength of the group.

NPTL is a public limited company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company has 2800 shareholders. NPTL caters mainly to the requirements of the Automotive industry (2 Wheeler, 3 Wheeler, & 4 Wheeler), apart from catering to the Consumer Electronics and IT Peripherals sectors. NPTL has manufacturing plants at Chennai, Sriperumbudur, Hosur, Puducherry, Nalagarh (Himachal Pradesh), and Faridabad (Haryana). It is one of the most reputed Tier II Vendors for the automotive sector in the country.
National Polyplast (India) Ltd.
NPIPL is a private limited company incorporated in the year 1992. NPIPL caters mainly to the Beverage Packaging industry through manufacture of PET Preforms, Bottle Crates, Food Containers, and Display Racks. The company has manufacturing facilities in Chennai, Sriperumbudur, Puducherry, Roorkee and Silvassa. It is one of the largest manufacturers of PET Preforms in India.
National Autoplast
NAP was formed in 2009 catering to the requirements of the automotive industry. A new state-of-the-art facility was established at Oragadam, Chennai for this purpose. National Autoplast has grown considerably since its inception, and today, it is a Tier I vendor to the automotive industry, with manufacturing facilities in Oragadam and Anantapur.
